Lead production support for Sotera Health’s MD&S; team in a class 1B nuclear facility, emphasizing safety, quality, and daily execution. Manage priorities across monitoring, decontamination, and shipping operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production, you will provide frontline management within the manufacturing operation function. The Manager, Product Support sets priorities for MD&S; teams and supports business unit objectives. Responsibilities span production planning, employee development, safety compliance, inventory, maintenance, and transport packages.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production plan execution for MD&S; employees
Coach, select, train, and manage team performance
Monitor production, inventory, safety, and maintenance programs




Maintain quality standards and employee safety compliance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science preferred
At least six years’ supervisory production experience
Solid leadership and change management experience
Unionized environment experience and cultural sensitivity
Required Nuclear Energy Worker training and certification
Bring production leadership, safety oversight, and change management expertise to Sotera Health’s nuclear operations and MD&S; team.
