As Head of People, you will advise executive and senior leaders across Vancouver, Santiago, Peru, and worldwide locations. You will align leadership, capabilities, organization design, and employee experience with global priorities. The work spans strategy, talent, culture, and operations.
Key Responsibilities: Own the enterprise People strategy roadmap and operating priorities
Advise leaders on workforce, culture, leadership, and employee matters
Lead global organization planning, succession, and capability assessments
Oversee talent, development, performance, and retention practices




Build scalable People Operations governance, standards, and processes
Requirements: Ten to twelve or more years of progressive People experience
Six to eight or more years leading People teams
Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders
Breadth across strategy, talent, rewards, relations, and operations
Legally able to work in Canada
Lead MineSense’s global People strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, employee experience, and scalable operations.
