Lead strategic aerospace accounts through commercial negotiation, profitability ownership, and executive customer relationships. This position reports to the Chief Sales and Programs Officer.
The Key Account Manager owns assigned customer portfolios and their commercial performance, satisfaction, profitability, and long-term growth. You will develop account strategies, strengthen partnerships, and align customer commitments with operational capabilities. The position also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to Program Managers while reviewing program performance quarterly with the President.
Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term growth strategies for assigned customer accounts
Lead pricing, contract, and commercial claim negotiations
Serve as executive contact and escalation point




Coach Program Managers and review their performance
Coordinate commercial priorities across internal functions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
MBA preferred for this commercial leadership position
Seven or more years of aerospace account experience
Solid commercial negotiation and P&L; management experience
Excellent leadership and executive communication skills
