Lifemark Health Group seeks an experienced Director of Operations reporting to the VP, Clinic Operations. You will lead Regional Directors of Operations across multiple clinics. The position focuses on patient care standards, operational excellence, inclusivity, and revenue and EBITDA growth. Lifemark operates more than 370 locations across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Regional Directors of Operations across Prairies clinics
Develop strategic plans aligned with Lifemark goals
Promote inclusive, interdisciplinary clinic cultures
Drive revenue and EBITDA growth using data




Manage budgets, compliance, stakeholders, and key performance indicators
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, kinesiology, physiotherapy, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Seven to ten years of senior healthcare management experience
Experience leading sizable teams
Strategic planning, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
