This Manager role sits within EY’s HR Technology practice and focuses on functional SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, not recruitment. You will guide clients through recruiting technology journeys while connecting recruiting processes with broader HR strategies. The work spans solution design, implementation, integration, governance, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Shape recruiting transformation roadmaps with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders
Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations across global programs
Configure workflows, requisition templates, pipelines, and offer management
Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central,



Onboarding, and third-party systems
Mentor teams and establish recruiting technology governance frameworks
Requirements: Minimum eight years in HR technology consulting
At least five years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Deep expertise in RCM, RMK, integrations, and compliance
Experience leading complex, multi-country technology transformations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
