This two-year Senior Organizational Development Consultant engagement supports a comprehensive assessment of approximately 900 employees. You will examine culture, engagement, leadership, psychological safety, inclusion, workload, and organizational effectiveness. The work includes surveys, interviews, focus groups, and executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead organizational health and culture assessment activities
Design and analyze confidential bilingual employee surveys
Conduct executive interviews and bilingual focus groups
Integrate evidence and identify root causes




Present recommendations and implementation priorities
Requirements: 10+ years conducting organizational assessments or comparable engagements
Experience assessing organizations exceeding 500 employees
Federal public sector or comparable institutional experience
Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative organizational data
Ability to provide services in English and French
