Lead technology audit and advisory services across North America, emphasizing cybersecurity, infrastructure, and risk-based internal audit delivery.
This Director or Senior Director role reports to the AVP of North America Segment Technology, Audit Services. You will oversee Technology functions across Canada and US Segment, Global Wealth & Asset Management, Group Functions, and the Global Data Technology Office. The work includes Technology SOX, application and infrastructure ITGC audits, reporting, planning, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Direct North America technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity audits
Deliver application and infrastructure Technology SOX audit work
Develop audit plans, reports, procedures, and supporting tools
Evaluate controls, risks, recommendations,



and implementation progress
Lead and develop a high-caliber technology audit team
Requirements: Ability to identify emerging technology and information risks
Experience aligning audit strategy with business and technology strategies
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
Capability managing stakeholders, deadlines, deliverables, and expectations
Ability to collaborate across divisional and global Technology stakeholders
Apply technology audit leadership, SOX expertise, cybersecurity oversight, and stakeholder management across a global organization.
