The Director, Business Optimization reports to the VP, Canada Self Sufficiency Project. This leadership role supports the Canadian self-sufficiency strategy through strategic initiatives, business transformation, and organizational performance. It leads Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Device Management functions across the Canadian organization.

Lead strategic and transformation initiatives across Canada
Drive change management and adoption with functional leaders




Establish governance processes for initiatives and performance
Lead, coach, and develop the Strategy & Transformation team
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Eight to ten years of progressive leadership experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
Robust analytical, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills
English fluency required; French considered an asset
