As a mining mechanical leader, you will work with the General Manager, Mechanical to support field teams and maintenance operations. The work includes senior technical leadership, complex equipment troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and consistent maintenance standards. You will also contribute to client meetings and business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities: Support maintenance operations and field teams
Provide leadership across surface and underground projects
Mentor Supervisors, Lead Hands, and Heavy-Duty Mechanics




Improve equipment availability and reduce downtime
Support proposals, estimating, and site visits
Requirements: Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
Seven-plus years supervising or managing mining operations
Experience across surface and underground mining
Heavy mobile mining equipment maintenance background
Ability to travel to remote sites
Bring mining leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and reliability expertise to Matrix Mechanical’s surface and underground maintenance operations.
