As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will manage initiatives spanning multidisciplinary internal teams and the broader enterprise. You will connect product, technology, business, and cross-functional partners while supporting clear priorities, ownership, and delivery. This full time role focuses on customer-facing eCommerce projects and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of technical solutions
Manage dependencies, priorities, escalations, and capacity planning
Resolve project risks and issues proactively across teams
Communicate status and priorities through succinct updates




Align interim solutions with long-term technical investments
Requirements: Five-plus years leading large-scale customer-facing eCommerce projects
Experience with web and mobile technologies; GCP preferred
Leadership across multiple workstreams using agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience mentoring and coaching peers and functional colleagues
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Bring technical leadership, eCommerce delivery expertise, and cross-functional communication to Loblaw Digital’s Toronto-based programs.
