As Senior Director, Business Strategy and Operations, you will advise the Vice President of Operations and Site Leadership Team. The work spans strategy deployment, organizational change management, communication, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will translate enterprise and manufacturing priorities into actionable plans, governance routines, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute short- and long-range strategic plans
Establish governance routines and site performance systems
Set and publish key performance indicators with leadership




Manage cross-functional strategic and operational workstreams
Implement technologies and processes improving production efficiency
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and fourteen years of experience
Master’s degree and twelve years of experience
PhD and twelve years of experience
Experience leading strategic planning across multiple functions
Experience with operational excellence and continuous improvement
