As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will support CFOs, vice presidents of finance, and controllers. You will assess financial processes, design solutions, and improve decision-making through EPM applications, automation, and finance operating models. This role combines consulting delivery, engagement management, business development, and people development.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct organisational diagnostics on financial processes
Define requirements for EPM tool acquisition and configuration
Lead consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting diagnostics
Manage scope, objectives, project issues, and risks




Coach junior team members on technical and project management matters
Requirements: Five to seven-plus years in consulting and software implementation
Hands-on experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or SAP EPM
Knowledge of multidimensional data models and data integration
Working expertise in performance management and Record-to-Report
Demonstrated project management and transformational initiative experience
