This senior leadership position oversees maintenance planning, execution, and optimization for diverse mining equipment and infrastructure. You will manage maintenance personnel, apply preventative and predictive programs, and improve operational reliability. Collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement supports asset performance and critical component availability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
Direct daily maintenance operations and allocate resources efficiently
Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, and artisans




Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and procurement processes
Monitor KPIs, audits, inspections, and condition monitoring programs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Relevant trade qualification with extensive experience considered
Minimum 10 years’ maintenance management experience
At least 5 years in senior heavy industry leadership
Knowledge of heavy mining equipment, CMMS, and ERP systems
