Requirements: Eight or more years of Java or J2EE development
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Batch
Experience with microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, and messaging
Database experience with MongoDB, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery skills
