This Vice President or Junior Director role sits within an elite boutique investment bank’s highly regarded sector team. The experienced investment banking professional will support M&A; and strategic advisory mandates across the Americas. The position combines origination, complex transaction execution, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Originate advisory mandates focused on Power, Infrastructure & Renewables M&A;
Lead complex transaction workstreams from engagement through completion
Build senior-level client relationships as a trusted advisor
Review financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations
Mentor junior team members and uphold execution standards
Requirements: 5+ years investment banking experience without an MBA
2+ years post-MBA investment banking experience
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline
Transaction experience across Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables
Solid modelling, valuation, analytical, and communication capabilities
