During this time, participants will be mentored by seasoned technical, operations and maintenance professionals. They will be challenged by the varied leadership opportunities found in a manufacturing environment.Plant based development includes:Safety leadershipSupervisory leadershipProcess and product technologiesOperational systems and managementMaintenance systems and managementProgram participants will also serve a cross-functional rotation of 6-12 months in an area such as:Customer operationsSupply chainProducts and programsIn addition, the participant will be expected to develop the following competencies essential to being an effective manufacturing leader:CreativityAnalytics & data based decision makingWorks effectively and cooperatively with othersElevates performance of self and othersInspirational leadershipAt the conclusion of their training,
