Onni Group seeks a Construction Foreman to oversee daily field activities across a Vancouver, BC project. This role supervises trades and subcontractors, coordinates with project management, and drives productivity from start to finish. The Foreman ensures work follows drawings, schedules, safety requirements, and Onni standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead field crews and oversee daily construction site operations
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
- Maintain schedules, work efficiency, and trade coordination
- Monitor safety meetings, WCB standards,



and site procedures
- Complete reports and communicate concerns to the Project Manager

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and timely tasks
