As Trade Show Inventory Systems Manager, you will refine an existing company-wide platform for operational use. Your work spans inventory requirements, data preparation, system improvements, user feedback, and technical collaboration. You will connect warehouse and operations realities with practical system functionality.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and optimize the company-wide inventory system
Translate operational needs into actionable system requirements
Prepare, cleanse, import, and reconcile inventory data
Support testing, rollout, training, and system stabilization
Improve inventory visibility, accuracy,



and usability
Requirements: Five-plus years in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields
Hands-on trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, or live event experience
Experience improving inventory systems in operational environments
Solid Excel skills and technical aptitude
Ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada
