Lead EPC planning and scheduling for Vista Projects in Calgary, using Primavera P6 and strong schedule analysis across energy projects.
The Project Planning and Scheduling Lead supports proactive project plan control with managers, leaders, and other groups. You will prepare Level 1 to Level 3 EPC schedules, coordinate planning activities, and maintain accurate engineering and procurement data. The work includes cost control systems, resource loading, forecasting, and reporting throughout project phases.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare Level 1 to Level 3 EPC project schedules
Lead interactive planning sessions with project teams
Coordinate project planning and scheduling activities
Analyze schedule variations, risks, trends, and forecasts




Perform logic, variance, and what-if scenario analysis
Requirements: Recognized engineering or business degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of EPCM planning and project reporting
Proficiency with Primavera P6 software
Solid Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication, influencing, and attention-to-detail skills
Apply project controls expertise through EPC scheduling, Primavera P6 analysis, resource loading, and accurate project reporting.
