Air Solutions seeks an experienced Industrial Service Manager to lead service operations and support continued service business growth. You will manage field service technicians, improve customer satisfaction, and combine technical understanding with operational management. The work includes customer relationship development, performance measurement, and service department planning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop field service technicians
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and daily operations
Monitor revenue, margins, utilization, and satisfaction KPIs




Improve workflows and resolve customer service issues
Manage budgets, pricing, forecasts, and corrective actions
Requirements: Five-plus years leading industrial service or related teams
Experience managing field service technicians
Understanding of service operations and customer support
Budget and departmental metrics management experience
Valid driver's license and robust communication skills
