Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day guidance for commercial insurance professionals
Support workload and workflow management
Assist with complex commercial files
Handle coverage and renewal escalations
Coach development and support onboarding
Requirements: Level 2 General Insurance License
Five or more years of commercial lines brokerage experience
Strong commercial property and liability knowledge
Independent commercial book management experience
Applied Epic proficiency and coaching skills
