The AI Risk & Compliance Manager embeds risk management throughout the AI lifecycle. You will assess solutions against policies, controls, regulations, and ethical principles. The role partners with Privacy, Security, Legal, Risk, and business teams to identify and mitigate AI-related risks.
Key Responsibilities: Lead AI risk assessments, tiering, and governance approvals
Review AI solutions against policies, controls, and regulations
Monitor risks and control effectiveness across model lifecycles
Maintain risk registers and oversee remediation activities




Report AI risk posture to governance committees and leadership
Requirements: Five or more years in risk, compliance, audit, or governance
Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI
Experience applying regulatory, risk, or control frameworks
Robust analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder skills
AI governance, model risk, privacy, or security experience preferred
