This Power Generation Engineer role combines hands-on engineering, customer-facing support, and project execution. You will support generators, switchgear, transformers, protective relays, controls, UPS systems, and balance-of-plant equipment. The work spans troubleshooting, failure analysis, performance improvement, and technical solution development for customer applications.
Key Responsibilities: Support power generation systems and associated electrical equipment
Perform troubleshooting, failure analysis, corrective planning, and performance improvement
Support commissioning, startup, testing, documentation, and issue resolution
Interpret drawings, single-line diagrams,



schematics, and specifications
Partner with Sales to define customer technical solutions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
Five or more years supporting power generation equipment, systems, or projects
Experience with commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, or reliability improvement
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
Ability to work in Calgary and travel across Canada
