Aircraft cabin acoustics and vibration engineering combine advanced simulation, testing, and signal processing across Bombardier aircraft programs. The work supports cabin acoustic comfort.
This technical role contributes to developing, validating, and improving aircraft cabin acoustics and vibration performance. You will work with engineering experts, laboratory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your focus includes FE, SEA, and ray-tracing models, testing, data analysis, and technical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Create FE, SEA, and ray-tracing simulation models
Develop tools for evolving cabin acoustics needs
Participate in Bombardier Aerospace laboratory test campaigns
Plan flight and ground testing activities
Analyze data and communicate technical conclusions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Acoustics
Three to eight years of relevant technical experience
Knowledge of acoustics, vibrations, modeling, and signal processing
Advanced FEM or architectural acoustics expertise
Apply acoustics, vibration, simulation, and testing expertise to improve cabin comfort across Challenger and Global aircraft programs.
