Build an ISO 9001-aligned quality system at Algo in Metro Vancouver, using hands-on quality engineering and practical process controls.
As Senior Quality Engineer, you will establish processes, records, governance, and habits for predictable hardware design, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and support. You will collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers. The work spans QMS development, NPI, supplier quality, manufacturing improvement, audits, and corrective action.
Key Responsibilities: Assess practices and develop an ISO 9001-aligned QMS roadmap
Build document control, CAPA, audit, risk, and records processes
Lead NPI quality from development through early production ramp
Develop dashboards for defects, yield, suppliers, audits, and CAPA




Coordinate internal audits and external-audit readiness activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant technical experience
Seven or more years supporting physical or electromechanical products
Experience building or materially improving an ISO 9001-aligned QMS
Knowledge of auditing, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, MSA, and change control
Ability to influence cross-functional owners without direct authority
Apply quality systems, NPI, auditing, and corrective-action expertise to strengthen Algo’s growing hardware business in Metro Vancouver.
