Key Responsibilities: Guide SIR Team Leads in operational team management
Provide technical guidance as subject matter expert or discipline lead
Develop reports, proposals, and client project submissions
Optimize utilization through resource planning and balanced deployment

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of related experience
Degree in environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or related field
Professional designation recognized in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Northwest Territories
Robust understanding of investigation methods and remediation technologies
Knowledge of provincial and federal soil and groundwater guidelines
