Job Description: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect responsible for designing and leading enterprise-scale Revenue Cloud solutions supporting Quote-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle processes.
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities Architect and design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
Define architecture for: Salesforce CPQ
Billing
Subscription Management
Revenue Lifecycle Management

Design product catalogs, pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, approval workflows, and billing models.
Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, and solution design decisions.
Define integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including ERP, Finance, Billing, Tax, and Payment systems.
Ensure Revenue Cloud implementations are scalable, secure, compliant, and high performing.
Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
Establish implementation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to define solution roadmaps.
Drive enterprise transformation initiatives supporting recurring revenue and subscription-based business models.
Core Qualifications 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Extensive expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
Strong experience with: Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Billing
Subscription Management

Deep understanding of: Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
Contract-to-Cash (C2C)




Revenue Recognition
Revenue Lifecycle Management

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, governance, and security.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as: SAP
Oracle ERP
NetSuite
Financial Systems

Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.
Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification.
Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, and recurring revenue business models.
Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience defining enterprise integration and governance standards.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
