This Engineering Manager oversees technical delivery across Civil and Station projects within a rail corridor program. You will coordinate Civil, Station, Track, and Railway Systems Project Delivery Teams. The work includes engineering assurance, design risk management, stakeholder alignment, and schedule analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee technical delivery across Civil and Station project portfolios
Lead integrated design reviews and resolve project interfaces
Identify technical hazards, design risks, and delivery anomalies
Manage stakeholder engagement across program delivery groups




Review Primavera P6 baseline schedules for anomalies
Requirements: University degree or equivalent in a related engineering field
Minimum eight years of engineering experience
Minimum five years on multidisciplinary rail transit projects
Proficiency delivering Civil and Structural engineering projects
Willingness to travel locally and attend project sites
Apply engineering management, assurance, and railway coordination expertise to support SYSTRA Canada’s Toronto corridor projects.
