As Lead Estimator, you will guide the Estimating team while coordinating resources, workloads, systems, and priorities. You will support construction, maintenance, fabrication, and environmental service estimates. The role connects Operations, Proposals, Business Development, and leadership to strengthen estimate development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and develop the Estimating team
Assign bids, balance workloads, and monitor capacity
Review assumptions, pricing strategies, risks, and quality
Collaborate on competitive, execution-focused estimates




Maintain systems, standards, reporting, tools, and training
Requirements: Engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
Minimum eight years of estimating experience
Experience across piping, structural, civil, and pipeline projects
Knowledge of construction methodologies and drawings
Advanced estimating software and Microsoft Office proficiency
