Lead US accounting operations for T&T; Canada through financial structures, internal controls, and accurate reporting. This Financial Controller role supports a five-day Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will set up and enhance financial processes, systems, and initiatives. The position covers accounting operations, statutory compliance, treasury coordination, and financial guidance. You will also lead the US Accounting team while supporting T&T; Canada’s scaleup and overall success.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and implement financial structures and processes
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and fixed assets
Manage general accounting and month-end close activities
Coordinate audits,



reporting, compliance, and tax packages
Lead US Accounting team development and guidance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation
Five years’ senior accounting management experience
Experience supervising at least five employees
Robust knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and IRS taxation
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables
Bring accounting leadership, US compliance knowledge, and advanced Excel expertise to T&T; Canada’s financial operations.
