This Principal Architect supports the Insurance Platform within the Architecture Practice. The role provides proactive technical advice to Insurance technology executives while influencing medium- and longer-term roadmaps. Success requires deep architecture expertise, Insurance industry knowledge, organizational savvy, and exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities: Align stakeholders on architecture and infrastructure aspects of product strategy
Define architectural priorities and advise on technology trade-offs




Review delivery blueprints against target states and enterprise standards
Oversee complex applications and infrastructure projects
Own platform architecture strategies, policies, and technology roadmaps
Requirements: 15+ years of technical and architecture experience
Five years in senior solution or enterprise architecture
Insurance or Financial Services industry experience
Experience with AWS and Azure clouds
Knowledge of Guidewire Suite is an asset
