Lead large mining EPCM projects at Fluor, applying project controls and technical judgment across international assignments. Travel domestically and internationally as required.
As Project Director, you will manage overall delivery for large or mega-sized EPCM projects, or complex scopes within major projects. Fluor M&M; supports mining clients across British Columbia, the United States, Argentina, Chile, and the European Union. You will direct multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, design, construction, and project close-out activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead secure, quality, schedule, and cost-driven project execution
Establish safety plans and emphasize HSE throughout project phases
Oversee integrated plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project controls
Manage contracts, risks, issues, stakeholders,



and communications
Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
Requirements: Minimum twenty-five years of related experience
Minimum fifteen years of project management or related experience
Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent
Successful Project Director performance on a mining mega-sized project
Strong technical, contractual, commercial, and decision-making skills
Bring mining project leadership, project controls, contract management, and multidisciplinary coordination to Fluor’s international EPCM assignments.
