As a Senior Routing Engine Developer, you will develop distributed backend services for contact center operations. The work spans microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering, and performance engineering. You will collaborate with product, architecture, workforce management, telephony, and CX platform teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design routing engines distributing voice and digital interactions
Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules
Optimize systems for concurrency, fault tolerance, and predictable performance
Maintain APIs for configuration,



monitoring, and integrations
Integrate services with telephony, CRM, WFM, and analytics platforms
Requirements: 8+ years software engineering experience
Expert Java and Spring Boot experience
Distributed systems and microservices architecture expertise
Contact center routing logic development experience
Knowledge of ACD, queues, skills, priorities, and workload balancing
Apply senior Java expertise to scalable routing services, distributed architectures, and real-time CX platform interactions at Miratech.
