As a Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance Director, you will manage compilations, review engagements, and tax compliance projects. You will help businesses prepare and review tax provisions, tax returns, and financial statements. The work requires solid knowledge of ASPE, CSRS 4200, CSRE 2400, and Canadian Audit Standards, alongside coaching and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage compilations, review engagements, and tax compliance engagements
Act as the right-hand of local partners
Identify market gaps and develop value propositions




Scale efficiencies across multiple projects and environments
Uphold PwC’s ethics and business conduct standards
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Canadian CPA Designation or CPA Auditor qualification
Eight to ten years’ similar accounting firm experience
Ability to coach junior staff and facilitate effectively
Fluency in English and French
