Key Responsibilities: Lead Amazon Connect contact center solution implementation
Design, build, and support AWS cloud environments
Monitor application performance and review production logs




Implement safeguards protecting data integrity and access
Develop technical documentation and integration plans
Requirements: 10+ years in software development and technical delivery
Ideally five years using AWS services and tools
Extensive Amazon Connect implementation experience
Proficiency with AWS CLI, SDK, CloudFormation, and IAM
Knowledge of GitLab or comparable DevOps tools
Apply senior AWS expertise, Amazon Connect delivery, infrastructure as code, and cloud security to complex contact center systems.
