This Design Planning Manager role supports a major infrastructure project connecting Quebec City and Toronto. You will develop schedules, coordinate railway systems design phases, and monitor project performance. The position requires robust communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones
Align schedules with master project baselines
Monitor timeline threats, resources, and external dependencies




Coordinate stakeholders and resolve schedule conflicts
Generate progress, milestone, and variance reports
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Ten to fifteen years in similar infrastructure roles
Experience with railway systems design and development phases
Required experience using Primavera P6
Clear French and English communication skills
