As Plant Controller, you will guide accounting and finance processes while partnering with plant leadership. The work covers planning, forecasting, month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and capital management. You will support operational decisions, business cases, and continuous improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly close and accurate US GAAP and IFRS reporting
Prepare forecasts, budgets, reports, and long-range planning models
Analyze inventory, labor, costs, productivity, and cash flow
Oversee general ledger, payables,



receivables, and fixed assets
Lead SAP implementation and process improvement initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
Five to seven years’ progressive accounting or finance experience
Manufacturing or industrial setting experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query; VBA preferred
Bilingual French and English communication required
