As a Senior Program Manager, you will guide program managers through end-to-end delivery with minimal direction. You will apply program management principles, business consulting, analytical thinking, and project coordination to large initiatives. The work includes initiation, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure while balancing budget, time, and risk.
Key Responsibilities: Guide program managers delivering highly complex programs end to end
Define goals, terms, resources, costs, and program plans
Monitor milestones, budgets, schedules, deviations,



and corrective actions
Prepare executive presentations on status, changes, and achievements
Coach teams and build relationships with stakeholders and technology partners
Requirements: Five to ten years in program management
Experience within real estate or construction
Understanding of large project delivery principles and procedures
Degree or diploma in a related field
PMP designation is an asset
