Key Responsibilities: Design an AI-native HR function and intelligent talent infrastructure
Integrate AI and automation across the employee lifecycle
Improve workforce planning, performance management, and talent development

Lead and develop the People Operations team
Requirements: Five-plus years building or leading HR systems
At least two years in senior leadership capacity
Track record redesigning people processes with AI
Fluency with AI, automation tools, and LLM workflows
STEM degree or equivalent technically rigorous experience
