This Senior Consultant provides VP-level leadership for People and Learning Enablement within a national organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead People and Learning Enablement operations and strategic oversight
Coach three managers and strengthen team accountability
Oversee compensation governance, MIC programs, and pay equity
Lead job architecture, talent management, and succession initiatives
Present executive dashboards, analyses, and strategic recommendations
Requirements: 12 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
Senior leadership experience managing complex, multifunctional HR operations
Strong compensation budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and cost analysis
Direct Management Incentive Compensation program management experience
University degree and excellent English communication skills
