Build canonical datasets, shared metrics, and semantic layers
Design quality, observability, lineage, and evaluation systems




Guide technical decisions and communicate tradeoffs to senior leaders
Develop AI agents and analytical tools for company workflows
Requirements: 10+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related disciplines
Depth building governed canonical models and semantic layers
Advanced SQL and up-to-date data stack production experience
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through production adoption
Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
