As Data Platform Manager, you will lead Data Platform Developers within Helcim’s data centre of excellence. You will set platform direction, define roadmaps, and balance business delivery with operational excellence. Your work will support money processing, risk management, data products, and production AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the Data Platform team
Set technical direction, roadmaps, and architecture trade-offs
Own ELT, real-time pipelines, warehouse, and self-service access
Run production systems supporting risk and money processing
Advance MLOps, AI Gateway, and agentic engineering practices
Requirements: 7+ years in data or software engineering roles
2+ years leading an engineering team
Production-grade data pipelines and platform infrastructure experience
Proficiency in SQL and Python or related languages
Experience with governance, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
Shape Helcim’s data platform through engineering leadership, resilient infrastructure, AI capabilities, and sound operational decisions.
