As Strategic Portfolio Lead, you will oversee priorities, risks, dependencies, and decision points across the Insurance sector. You will work with initiative owners, project managers, operational teams, and portfolio management colleagues to support structured execution. The mandate connects business strategy with product management, client experience, net growth, and digital distribution transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Insurance strategic portfolio priorities, updates, risks, dependencies, and issues
Prepare executive status reports highlighting decisions, risks, and business challenges
Facilitate governance meetings, prioritization, and arbitration discussions




Coach initiative owners on priorities, action plans, dependencies, and governance
Align teams, initiatives, stakeholders, and business priorities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience
Robust understanding of insurance industry business drivers
Executive reporting and complex information synthesis abilities
Influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
Apply portfolio governance, executive communication, and insurance expertise to align National Bank’s strategic initiatives across teams.
