As an experienced Asset Manager, you will maximize financial performance and long-term asset value. Your work spans rent rolls, operating expenses, discounted levered cash flows, budgets, forecasts, valuation, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Monitor rent rolls, expenses, cash flows, budgets, and forecasts
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term asset strategies
Build models supporting leasing, financing, investment, and development decisions
Evaluate lease economics and capital expenditures




Provide recommendations on risks, gaps, opportunities, and performance
Requirements: Five-plus years in real estate asset management or finance
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Robust financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
Advanced Excel and AI-enabled forecasting and reporting proficiency
CFA progress or designation, or MBA, is an asset
