Lead Enterprise Risk Management at PICTON Investments, applying risk assessment and governance expertise within Canada’s independent investment manager.
Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Director will develop, implement, and enhance the firm’s ERM framework. The role partners across business functions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks. It also translates regulatory requirements into practical guidance, effective processes, and clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead ERM framework, policy, methodology, and reporting enhancements
Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation
Maintain risk registers, taxonomy, KRIs, and risk appetite measures
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and governance committees




Promote risk culture through education, awareness, and training
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, law, or related field
8+ years’ progressive experience within financial services risk functions
Knowledge of ERM frameworks, assessments, and governance practices
Experience implementing risk registers, appetite frameworks, and KRIs
Robust analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills
Bring enterprise risk leadership, regulatory knowledge, and practical communication skills to PICTON Investments’ Risk and Compliance team.
