As Senior Manager within Novisto’s Partnership & Strategy team, you will own commercial and consultant partner programmes end-to-end. Your remit includes partner-sourced pipeline, revenue forecasting, partner growth, and new partner acquisition. You will shape collaboration across functions while reporting to the VP Partnerships & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
Grow existing partners through joint account plans and pipeline reviews
Identify, qualify, and sign commercial and consultant partners
Shape referral, co-selling,
and joint delivery partnership models
Design programme tiers, incentives, processes, and operating standards
Requirements: Five-plus years in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel development
Personally owned partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Experience managing consulting firms, systems integrators, or resellers
Comfort negotiating partnership terms and designing operational processes
Hands-on AI tools and automation experience
Lead Novisto’s SaaS channel growth with commercial judgment, operational discipline, AI fluency, and confident senior stakeholder communication.
