As Manager Structural Engineering, you will lead WSP’s Building Structures team and report to the Regional Director. The position combines team management, technical leadership, and client-facing project leadership for public and municipal clients throughout Quebec. You will oversee structural deliverables, coordinate resources, and support business development across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Gatineau Structures team
Oversee mentoring, resource planning, and future staffing needs
Ensure structural deliverables meet standards and client requirements




Maintain client relationships and represent WSP strategically
Identify opportunities and prepare professional services proposals
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
Leadership experience or interest in team management
Robust technical credibility and engineering judgment
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
