As a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience, you will own a strategic Virtual First technology work stream. You will manage interconnected programs spanning knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and AI adoption. The work combines organizational research, experimentation, behavioral science, and cross-functional stakeholder management to improve employee effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the technology work stream
Design and lead research, pilots, and experiments testing current work methods
Translate findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operating models




Manage programs through scoping, validation, and enablement planning
Facilitate cross-functional committees and partner on outcome measurement
Requirements: 8+ years in program management or related disciplines
Expertise in AI adoption, knowledge management, workflows, and automation
Experience leading complex programs through measurable outcomes
Experience managing research, pilots, experiments, or innovation programs
Excellent communication, facilitation, and judgment in ambiguity
