This junior associate position targets a recent Ontario call or lawyer with one to two years of post-call litigation experience. You will support complex commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, securities class actions, capital markets litigation, and regulatory proceedings. The practice provides exposure across the litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, motions, discoveries, hearings, and settlements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation files under partner supervision
Research law and draft pleadings, affidavits, and factums
Prepare court and tribunal appearances




Advise on regulatory compliance and enforcement risk
Participate in client strategy sessions and witness preparation
Requirements: Recent Ontario Bar call or up to two years’ experience
Commercial litigation, securities, or regulatory enforcement interest
Exceptional drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
Solid communication and enthusiasm for oral advocacy
Law Society of Ontario membership in good standing
Develop as a Toronto commercial litigator through sophisticated disputes, securities work, regulatory strategy, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.
