As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee operational and financial performance for more than 900 rental homes. You will lead a Senior Property Manager and Property Manager while strengthening processes within a growing Canadian property management business. The role combines coaching, client relationships, budgeting, leasing support, and portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee three Edmonton rental communities and their performance
Coach site leaders and guide staffing decisions
Develop budgets and review financial statements and variances




Lead client presentations and financial reviews
Oversee standards, inspections, vendors, and capital requirements
Requirements: At least five years of relevant property operations experience
Demonstrated team leadership and strong financial knowledge
Ability to manage owner relationships and competing demands
Active Alberta RECA property management licence
Certified Property Manager designation is an asset
